What are the best aspects of this product?

It's an open source computer tool that allows us to produce various types of documents like databases, presentations, spreadsheets, and texts among others. We send documents through emails. Also, we can use this tool in both the Windows and Linux OS. Thanks to this, we can visualize files without too much hassle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Configuration of this tool is done through the command line or console so if you're not familiar with that then it'll be tricky. Also, some of the documents created through MS Word displays wrongly using LibreOffice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to prevent various problems regarding the compatibility of different office tools for different operating systems. Thanks to this, we're able to share our documents to anyone in the company without much hassle. We're also able to make visualization of a variety of document formats. And to top it off, the ones created through LibreOffice are compatible with a lot of other office tools.
