I use LibreOffice for my presentations, spreadsheet, etc., and I love it

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm loving LibreOffice because there's no limit to creating presentation or document. And the spreadsheet program is a really powerful tool for working with the company's accounting needs. Also, it's free. This is a blessing for startup businesses who can't afford to pay the pricey licenses of other similar solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's only one problem I have with this; it's the compatibility issue with the MS Office files. Other than that, I have no complaint. But I do hope they'll do something about this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LibreOffice assisted me in my work while at the same time, allows me to be more productive. We're also able to save expenses because it's completely free thus, lowering our operating costs.
