What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been loving LibreOffice ever since I started using it because it's so intuitive and features-packed. I've been using it for my professional work and it delivers. I'd say its key strengths are: being free, stable, cross-platform compatible, multi-language support, good community, and open-source.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much. I mean, it's a powerful and stable office solution with a good community to back you up in case you need assistance. But I guess there are still some compatibility issues with other solutions, especially the paid ones.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm using this for my everyday work. It's a very professional software whose full power I can unlock without paying anything. I mostly use it for preparing or modifying my spreadsheets and I can say that it's going toe to toe with paid solutions in this regard. Also, it facilitates my preparation of presentations or documents in more efficient ways thanks to the good, intuitive UI. It's pretty easy to learn and has a good and big community that's willing to provide support.
