What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a lot of things that I appreciate in this tool. It's been a great way to make meetings more convenient since we can just use this for video conferencing rather than having to travel for the monthly or quarterly meetings. I like that it emphasizes convenience by allowing me to join scheduled meetings either by my iPad or my iPhone. The chat function is also easy, and I and my team have started using it amongst ourselves. Suppliers and customers are the ones we often spend time video conferencing with. The updates the app has undergone has given it more features for me to love. It now works as a dual display solution on any personal computer, which has resulted in better collaboration all around. We can discuss ongoing projects and share project files, documentation, PDFs, Visio files, and Powerpoint files. I also like how it has enabled us to have lively demonstrations, with just the simple act of us aiming the camera at the screen. Because of the dual display, there is a good image captured for the presenter, and a representation of the document being worked on is also displayed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have encountered some issues with customers who use Skype for business being unable to connect with us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This solution has helped improve our communication, making it more direct and dynamic. It has helped us save since we no longer have to spend as much on interregional meetings. We have also eschewed traditional phones and have used this for chatting and video calling.
