What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing that stood out to me is how intuitive the whole thing is for users. You don't feel like you're dealing with a steep learning curve when you're learning how to use this. I also appreciate how the hardware is of good quality. The second-generation HD Phone is very intuitive, and the camera resolution is great. You can even organize these in the manner you prefer. I like how organized the directory is when it comes to groups and personal contacts. Finally, I also like how simple the mobile application is because I can easily and comfortably make calls with it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do think that there are a number of things that can still be improved, such as CRC dialing. I don't think it is very user-friendly, and it's often resulted in us having to call support to help us out.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has made collaboration easier between the different departments of our company. In turn, this has helped us make quick decisions and saves money spent on going places for a meeting.
