What are the best aspects of this product?
Simple to use for all employees. Easy to train employees to use.
Integrates with our website and marketplaces such as Reverb and eBay.
Purchase orders module is awesome.
Able to use on my cell phone when traveling or working from home.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
very few issues with lightspeed if any at all. Every now and then we may think of a little improvement to make but usually LS is right there ready to fix my issue .
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Retail app for iphone (currently just on ipad I believe)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We immediately were able to have an amazing website with all of our products. We got to have a loyalty program by using their 3rd party integrations. Also, we synced our inventory to Reverb.com and ebay.com using the Sync2Sell integration. Coming from our old outdated POS, there are probably 100s of problems that were solved by switching to Lightspeed.
