PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

- excellent service with technical support
- gain of time for the inventory gestion
- great option of materials
- nice options to send order

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface can be intimidating at the beginning. It's very complete software so the user friendly interface is, I guess, as good as they can.
Some import options are very useful but not complete. You have to do couple of actions to get the things right.
Customers data are great, also some easy informations are missing and would be very useful for marketing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I recently has been asked if I wanted the paiement solution. I'm still thinking of it because the rates on credit cards transactions are very hight.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I decided to open the store all by myself I always saw Lightspeed like my first employee. It was so great to save time and have a good work organization since the beginning.
Since day 1 we offer a great and easy customers experience because of Lightspeed. I can easily track my stocks, order new products and contact customers when a product is arrived for them and so many others things.
