What are the best aspects of this product?
This program streamlines every aspect of the back end of my business. Reordering is a breeze and I can do it from home anywhere. Checking in orders is also very easy and it only takes a few minutes to train my employees how to use it. It works well as a time clock, keeps tracks of my customers and allows me to automatically apply discounts appropriately. It runs very efficiently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As another reviewer mentioned, the way it handles cases of product leaves a little to be desired. Although for a pet store where I'm ordering cases of 12 cans or packs of treats it works well enough. Every time I drop below a quantity of a single case I have it reorder a set amount. It is a relatively minor issues for me overall. If a store had severely limited space for back stock I could see this being slightly troublesome. In the year or so I've been using the software they have been frequently rolling out new features and updates, I'm sure this issue will be resolved with time.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
2 things I'd like to see in the future is discounts I can set at specific quantities of items and the ability to set a specific reorder quantity rather than a desired inventory level.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has greatly reduced the time I spend ordering products, it makes doing inventory quick and easy. It lets me see what products are selling and what isn't. Through the analytics side of things it shows me great information like what items I'm going to sell out of soon, and how my sales team is doing. It also shows me some great info on the life time value of my repeat customers!
Its time clock has also made payroll pretty quick.
