Great pick for POS software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of learning curve. Fast ramp up when you have a store that you can\'t shut down! You'll be happy with the support you get.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every once in awhile the integrated merchant service (Im using Lightspeed ) goes down. You don't know it until you've tried to run a card SEVERAL times and it hangs. BUT- this is not the software, its the merchant service Lightspeed uses.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Notification when an Ecomm sale comes in!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wanted one solution for a brick and mortar inventory integrated with online ecomm site. Lightspeed offered this WITHOUT having to go through a gateway.
