What are the best aspects of this product?
The software, while being feature rich, is very easy to use, and very intuitive. Will never go back to a PC based POS, cloud is the way to go. Runs very well on an iPad, which allows even more mobility, and changes the whole in-store experience. And managers at head office can view sales real time from anywhere.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Interface to push transactions from another system is incomplete, but it may not be relevant to most retailers. LIke most POS, deposits cannot be managed line by line, just for the whole transaction, which makes it difficult to cancel or refund individual lines.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Complete the API to be able to push any transactions, including parked sales.
