PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of function and use. Once you've gotten over the learning hurdle, the program completely makes sense! I appreciate it's integration with Lightspeed's Ecomm software. If you have an online site, use both these programs!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The company has grown quickly. I think it needs more tech support so callers don't have to wait on the phone for so long. If I have an issue, it's usually kind of an emergency because I'm almost always able to problem solve my problem. So, when I phone for help, I really need it! Hiring more tech support would be a big plus for Lightspeed!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I know the integrations of retail and ecomm are going to get more and more easy to use. I can't wait for that to happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having my inventory and system set up in the cloud is very helpful for tracking the business from anywhere on any device. Retail compared to Onsite is like night and day. It wasn't until I upgraded that I realized how much more functionality I got out of the software.
