What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent customer service and easy to use. Lightspeed e com is not so difficult to use and the integration with other apps helps a lot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system sometimes fail and keep you waiting for a solution, so keep an eye on the e commerce or the POS if you a have a brick and mortar store.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More customization on themes, make them even more open for other features like the auto filling or digital wallets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Basicallyu build the entire e commerce, lightspeed support help us a lot on that process

We use for the previous e commerce, wordpress but it was a headaches, every time we want to do something

Why did you decide to change it?

Becuase wordpress is too complicate
