Lightspeed is the best POS ever!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not having my customers buy/use gift cards online.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to be able to sell gift cards online, and have people use them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

They are always willing to work with you. When covid hit things were slow and they called me with a solution to a lot of things that would drive people to my online store. They are more than a POS.
