Lightspeed just works for us everyday we turn it on. It handles all of our business needs.We love it

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use. The consistency. The customer support. The simplification of my end of the day 'closing' the register. The ease of the monthly reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have any 'problematic' or 'could work better' areas of the software. It does exactly what I need it to do, everyday.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In the reports section, it could be a little simplified. I'm not saying it's difficult. It just took me the longest to learn to get the most information out of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

About four years ago, customer service seemed to be a little bit of a hassle to get on the phone. That issue has definitely been resolved.Every time ( If ever; which is rare ) I call support, my questions and/or problems are always taken care of immediately.
