What are the best aspects of this product?
Lightspeed allows me to keep an eye on my inventory and helps me close at the end of the night. It keeps us accountable at the end of the night and acts as a quick audit (product used should match money collected). Customer service has been great and they are available 24/7 - great for our venue as we would need the help after usual business hours.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As we customized the program for our needs - we don't use a lot of the restaurant features - we use only for our bar. I wish the cost could be adjusted or they had a separate feature for just bar.
