What are the best aspects of this product?
it\\\\\\\'s very easy to use and to train people on. If a mistake is made , it\\\\\\\'s very easy to remedy or go back and fix and nice that it\\\\\\\'s cloud based so I can log on from anywhere and do my work

customer service can be iffy , like with anywhere I suppose. Just keep calling until you get someone good

a tally counter of items rang in, a sound alarm or chime instead of only a visual aid when something is being sold that is out of stock or below cost so if I am doing something else but an employee is selling, I can hear it and correct them
