Customer service can be ok if you hang up on them and keep calling until you get someone that is knowledgeable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Missing a core element of a POS that they refuse to fix while they continue to add new features. They need to focus on the core. Any retail environment that orders products by the case for any reason will be fed up with this system. The case item when broken down into singles do not communicate with each other for re-ordering. So if you set a level of singles, say at 6 you would like the system to trigger an order of 1 case at that inventory point, it will not work. This causes Huge inventory and ordering issues... We must literally order our case products by going around the store and checking inventory. Huge waste of time and major headache for any business owner D- rating with BBB and not even accredited.
