What are the best aspects of this product?
Near constant improvements to already very useful software are just one of the reasons you should consider Lightspeed either as your POS or ecommerce solution. Trust me when I say that I\'ve looked around a lot for a software platform that offers everything Lightspeed does and I can tell you that there is nothing close at this price point. Not to mention the customer service is always very helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Possible areas for improvement would be inventory management, especially when tracked across both Ecommerce and Retail, as well as including a customer portal for work orders to allow customers to stay up to date easily.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The customer portal is the main thing as well as the ability to add a \"check-in sheet\" or \"intake form\" to all work orders. This would save a lot of time and hassle.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software provides the solution to our ecommerce, POS, Service department, purchase ordering needs. It basically runs our business.
