If you lost wifi you would be able to use this system
There is an option to use different currencies, which would be an easy calculation on the tender system
cannot use decimals or special characters under the tag system
All easy fixes that would just improve slightly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ability to use decimals and special characters under the tag section. This would be very useful to help with adding half measurements or sizes.
Currency calculation when using the tender tab. This would help when using this overseas that would just be a simple calculation to add.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Inventory control - other systems I have used have completely messed up my inventory and given me false representations that have left holes in our system and stocks.
Working remotely has given me much more control and freedom.
Training staff to use this was super easy and effective due to training videos.
Customer service is very responsive and can fix any problems pretty instantly by accessing your device remotely.

The previous system was a nightmare to use which left big gaps in inventory and stock levels and it did not correctly log or maintain information inputted into the system.
