PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very user friendly and the "help" that comes with it is amazing! They are easy to reach and always very prompt with their attention to our problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports could be a little broader. It would be nice to be able to customize a bit more of how things transfer to our accounting software.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not really sure at this point - it works well for everything we use it for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to have our Brick & Mortar shop in sync with on-line; we don't have to keep inventory updated between the two.

Quickbooks POS, and then Revel

Why did you decide to change it?

Quickbooks was getting out of date and at the time didn't have a POS system - they were directing people mostly to Revel. We then went to Revel which appeared to be aimed mostly at Restaurants, it did not work well for us and the customer service was a nightmare

Very much so!
