What are the best aspects of this product?
Lightspeed offers fantastic customer service. Starting with my account executive, Jeremy, and continuing with easy to access customer support. I feel confident in knowing help is just a phone call or chat away.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We sometimes have issues with the label printer alignment but it’s a quick and easy fix!
