What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part of Lightspeed is that we can combine our service department with our POS and E-com. It is easy to track your product. Easy to make service records to your own personal liking to benefit your own shop.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
the only problem i can see is when the internet goes down, so dose your link to Lightspeed Off Site
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Would like to see the POS round up for Canadian Customers....
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest thing is that we are able to communicate with our customer easier. We can send emails to them directly with invoices and work orders. Must customers we have answer back emails faster, then calling and leaving messages. It tracks our employees proformance and sales.
