What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm able to easily and quickly generate a list of relevant prospects and insight on their professional and contact details.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be helpful to make improvements on keyword searches and being able to export the list into Excel format.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Sales Navigator enabled me to find updated contact information about my leads.
