What are the best aspects of this product?

The key feature I really like on the Sales Navigator is PointDrive. It gives me analytics data on who is clicking, downloading and sharing the presentations I share with my contacts, so I can adjust future communications according to their individual needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We could do with a more efficient search and filter option that eliminates irrelevant results.

We had a significant improvement in sales because of better prospects we were able to nurture through the network.
