PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Video texting, ability to interface with Ylopo, and a di aler bult in (extra cost)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a complex program that could work very well if you have a high degree of patience and technical knowledge. Customer support is almost nonexistent. A simple question can take several hours to get response from a chat window and talking to some one is out of the question without an appointment days in advance. I you are the type of person who can watch hours of video to answer basic questions or can afford to hire someone to do it for you getting this program completely setup and functioning won't happen.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Customer support. An assigned person that can see you thorough the setup of this powerful program.

Sending out automated video introductions and campaigns. Active alerts that notify s of prospects that are ready to talk.

No. After months it is still not running right. To make that happen I would need to abrogate my other responsibilities to my paying customers.
