PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that LiquidPlanner is able to associate tasks to separate packages and for checklist items to be associated to different team members on a task by task basis. It is is also useful to add notes and associate files with an individual task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't add data when I bulk upload tasks in a single line window. Excel upload of data is very buggy and doesn't offer much feedback on data issues. It would be great if different team members' work piles could be separated from one another if required so that it doesn't affect one another's time frame or schedule. Integration with Google Calendar would also be great too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us the ability to get a picture of our resources, as well who is putting in the most hours to measure performance. It also lets us revise our budgets for work and amend how we price a project.
