What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m satisfied with people’s estimations and the automated schedules I am receiving. I am also a fan of the dashboard they introduced recently, even if I have a batch of scrum features left to try.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I thought it would be more intuitive, but it requires even regular users to have expert knowledge. It took me a lot of training to adopt the skills, and I am still making mistakes (considering that I’m only using My Work, imagine what would happen if I had to master the entire software!). I expected a wider perspective of the projects I am working on, but it seems they only want me to know what I am doing.
And the biggest minus-there is no way to export original estimates! The baseline data threshold is 60+, which also spoils the picture. I follow the workspace, but I always feel like I’m missing on something. I could really use a change notify tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The goal was to create estimates, and we got that. I think scheduling is also doing a good job for everymen back in the office.
