What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the ability to see a full image of the sent emails with detailed results. With heat map I can see what information is and what is not eye catching to my audience. Their support team is great and always responsive. Once I had some issue with the emailing and when I contacted the service at 11pm I received follow-up call and email explanation on what happened and how I can solve the problem, then after some time they checked to see if the problem was still there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see reminders for skipped boxes, because sometimes I can leave the Google Analytics Campaign Name tab blank. I believe these reminders will be very useful in the long run. Also, the system shows different results at different screens, for e.g. there are different results for clicks, reads and opens on my screen and different on my boss’ screen.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use the split testing so we can measure the responses to different designs and subject lines. This helps us to understand what works best for the clients. Also, the multi-pass feature is extremely successful, because we know that our mails go directly into our customer’s mailboxes.
