PROS: LGL has a CRM function that benefits our operations. It's not expensive and yet offers an enterprise-level system! It's really helpful to small non-profit organizations. The support team of LGL is reliable and is always able to resolve issues immediately.
CONS: It doesn't have some complex functions that other CRMs have.

PROS: LGL allows us to effectively organize all our donors which makes it easier for us to search the database when needed. The integration with MailChimp also comes in handy!
CONS: They could improve the tutorials to help the users learn faster. Data tracking and reporting capacities can also be upgraded.

CONS: It doesn't have a ticket selling component, that is mainly used by organizations who organize shows for fundraising. It could also be for raffle tickets. Some of Little Green Light's competitors have this.
