LGL is affordable and has tons of great offerings. It allows us to store volunteering data in the database. It also provides support to help us with our website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time to get used to it. You need to allot time learning the database and other functions through the available tutorials.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I find it beneficial to have all our donor information in a single system. It also helps in tracking our volunteer hours!
