What are the best aspects of this product?
LGL allows us to effectively organize all our donors which makes it easier for us to search the database when needed. The integration with MailChimp also comes in handy!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the tutorials to help the users learn faster. Data tracking and reporting capacities can also be upgraded.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since our donors are well-organized, it is now easier to target a specific group such as repeat donors.
