LGL has a CRM function that benefits our operations. It's not expensive and yet offers an enterprise-level system! It's really helpful to small non-profit organizations. The support team of LGL is reliable and is always able to resolve issues immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't have some complex functions that other CRMs have.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It resolved almost all the issues we encounter when it comes to fundraising. We can now easily track our donors and build better donor relationships! It also improved our way of monitoring our campaigns, events, and other fundraisers.
