PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My manager told us that they were going to add an app that would help us do our jobs better. I was quickly impressed with what LiveChat can do, and they invested time to teach us how to navigate the app efficiently. It is very basic, no-frills, and even a beginner can easily catch up. I want to extend my thanks and gratitude to the awesome support team from Poland who was always there to answer all of our questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you asked me about the things that need to be improved, I would like to suggest that they could add a feature that would help translate our chats into various languages. We sometimes cater to non-English speaking clients, and it would be easier for us to communicate with each other and eventually resolve any issues that they encounter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The team finds their job easier. We experienced less irate clients, fewer complaints, and have a better response time to our clients. Our clients are happier because they do not have to wait for days to get a resolution. We deal with every problem on a real-time basis.
