What are the best aspects of this product?
This particular chat app is so easy to use, and my employees love it. You can easily track what is going on with your website or Shopify accounts. You can easily link the chatbox and answer multiple concerns in a jiffy. You can add templates or automated responses that help employees handle the workload. You can view past chat conversations and use them as a basis for training new employees on how to handle online sales and customer service support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you are on a budget, you might think twice about purchasing this app. Moreover, the starter pack comes with only a few features, which is pretty understandable. If you want to get the most out of LiveChat, you might as well get the highest package. I also wish that they could develop their reporting features so it would be easier for us to see our running stats and determine what needs to be improved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since using this app, we find it easier to reach out to our existing and potential clients. We became proactive in sending them to chat messages, which goes a long way. We were able to change the way that we deal with our Shopify clients by acting fast to resolve their concerns. We realized that more clients are happy because we can give them real-time solutions, which is what matters most.
