What are the best aspects of this product?
We've finally found the missing link to our communication strategy: LiveChat. I love how it connects us to our customers easily. Through it, we can have a conversation with our customers in real-time. We've recently integrated this into our social media pages, and we noticed some benefits at once. Now, we can respond to queries without leading the customers away from our social media pages. Finally, LiveChat's support team has been attentive and responsive to our needs too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The standard setting has an annoying notification prompt. I know I can easily change this, but I haven't got around to doing this yet.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has helped us provide our clients with another communication option. Between live chat, emailing, and incoming calls, we have successfully distributed customer traffic among our reps.
