What are the best aspects of this product?

LiveChat is user-friendly tool that provides us with elements to better enagage our website visitors and our clients. It provides us with features that help us to track visitor’s location, the browser they are using and operation system of their device. The archive section is a place where all chats are archived so we canreview them and work on the improvements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like them to include screen share option so we can offer screen share to our customers when talking and assisting them or help them to leave the conversation.
