What are the best aspects of this product?

The app itself is straightforward to install and navigate. It took us only a few hours to familiarize ourselves with the features and get the hang of it. By the end of the day, almost everyone in the sales team is an expert in using LiveChat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I am satisfied with the app's performance. But it would be nice if it could give us details of our running statistics. Real-time metrics helps us improve our day to day performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using LiveChat, our sales are struggling and, most of the time, inconsistent. But since we had this installed, we noticed the jump on our sales figures. In the first month, there was a fifty percent difference, which is a massive deal for our company.
