PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

LiveChat is the ideal live chat and help desk software. Not only does it bridge the communication gap between me and my customers, but its reporting aspect is top-notch too. For instance, I can surface tickets by age to dig up unaddressed issues. It processes raw data into insightful—and more importantly, actionable—steps to help move my business forward. As a bonus, the platform is aesthetically pleasing. The neat design makes it easy for me to navigate its dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am such a big fan of LiveChat—and all its practical applications. However, as with any other program, there are some minor issues that I've encountered. Like once, I had to restart the PC because the app crashed (not sure if it's my PC though).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped me and my team stay on top of our day-to-day tasks. For one, it has a scheduling tool to make sure that we meet our deadlines, and that no task falls through the cracks. It has an easy-file ticketing system too. This way, we can make sure that all issues raised during a chat conversation are filed, properly investigated, and fixed. Working with third-party applications is not a problem as well because LiveChat integrates smoothly with most programs.
