What are the best aspects of this product?
LiveChat allows us to add personal touch within the interaction with our customers. They are satisfied by the service that we provide because the tool doesn’t require using phone so they can contact us. The other thing that is great within this system is that when the Livechat is disabled customers can still send questions and they will receive quick answer.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really like this tool, there are some suggestions they can take into account. They could add spellcheck on the chat and provide with integrations with database of our entire products. When I search for data, product, price or desription I’d like to do it without closing the window.
