What are the best aspects of this product?
LiveChat has great interface and you can even use it on Mac and Windows operation system. You can set specific time whenever the chat goes offline. You can easily sign-up and it doesn’t require credit card. With this tool you can keep in touch with your clients and provide them profiessional care and support. The product’s cutomer service is great, they are extremely helpful and always ready to help. The other thing that is great about this system is that when our customer team can’t respond or help with some issue they are allowed to transfer the chats from one agent to another or they can even choose which department they want to interact with.
