LiveChat helps us to improve our workflow and to respond to our customers in a timely manner. We are able to respond to their requirements and answer their questions. This tool provides rating and this means that we can keep track of the numbers of chats, peak times, quality, customer’ satisfaction adn length of chats.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
LiveChat interface could be updated, I really don’t like it.
