What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that this software allows me to chat with my customers and this means that I can help them and answer their questions in real-time. It provides me with detailed reporting and insightful analytics. There is even an option to integrate apps. The tool is intuitive, customizable and straightforward. I’m using daily its archive section.
