What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that this tool lets me to keep in touch with my customers. This is robust software that helps you to build better conenction with your customers. I personally like customer’s location feature because it allows us to assist customers based on their locations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to get notifications when the customer is gone and they could increase the timer while someone is typing so we can have more time to transfer the chat from one salesperson to another in less time.
