What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the highlight is the email tracking functionality. It allows me to see who opens and reads my email and the attachments they view.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The notifications are really useful but too many of them fill up my inbox. But they show that my messages are effective and well-received. You can also change the settings so that you don’t get the notifications if you don’t want them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use LiveHive’s deep engagement software analytics to learn which messages are well-received. This enables me to improve my messaging and wording as I go along instead of waiting to see how many people respond to my messages.
