Pros: LiveHive’s SmartPath has helped to automate my follow up process. My emails are now composed based on the prospects’ engagement with my previous emails. I can learn about their behavior and tailor personalized and more effective messages to target promising prospects.

Cons: I used to get too many notifications, so I started using LiveFeed for notifications. I have also arranged to get real-time notifications instead of having them deposited in my inbox.

Pros: I love the automated email templates which help me easily message our donors. I can see who’s opening my emails and follow up with them. LiveHive software is easy to use and I can gauge people’s interest from how they engage with my messages and content.

Cons: I cannot point at any drawbacks as LiveHive is a seamless app that fulfills my usage needs.
