LiveHive’s SmartPath has helped to automate my follow up process. My emails are now composed based on the prospects’ engagement with my previous emails. I can learn about their behavior and tailor personalized and more effective messages to target promising prospects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I used to get too many notifications, so I started using LiveFeed for notifications. I have also arranged to get real-time notifications instead of having them deposited in my inbox.

LiveHive helps me respond more quickly and make my messages personalized. Plus, I can control the messages so that if I’ve already contacted a prospect, I can pull them out of the automated nurture path.
