PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate the LiveFeed feature which notifies me when my emails are opened and forwarded and when the recipient clicks on a link within the email. This feature allows me to learn what’s happening with my content and emails in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m interested only in the content management, hence would like to subscribe to a lower cost package that offers only LiveFeed and content engagement features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My team is large and dispersed in diverse places. LiveHive is useful as it tells me my emails are being received and the team is acting on essential tasks. In my opinion, LiveHive is a good app for sales teams to track engagement and activity.
