What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that LiveHive informs me about who is viewing my content and emails. I can set up nurture paths based on where prospects are in the funnel. I can use email sequencing to set up separate programs for warm and hot leads. And I can do all this in just minutes. The app lets me personalize my pitches as required and it is easy to manage once you start using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You need to put in some effort to build templates to make the most of automation which will make your daily tasks easier. I appreciate the help provided by the amazing LiveHive team while I was ramping up.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
