What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite thing about this software is that it allows us to browse our website with the customer. We can see where the customer is on our website. With this feature, it's easier to extend assistance. The software is also pretty easy to learn.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customizing rules is the only issue I have with this software. You have to go through a lot of processes if you want to do it.

Our connection with our website visitors and customers definitely improved.
