The live chat feature is a hit to our customers. It's really helpful for both customer and admin sides. We can also manage our agents within the app.

Managing queues is tricky. You have to do a lot of manual set up for it to turn on and off automatically.

We used to do voice calls to deal with customer concerns. Now that we're using live chat, the task became so much easier, faster, and convenient.
